Well done Robber's Bridge to finish 2nd today!
The video below shows Robber's Bridge being turned out, at 9.30pm and as soon as he returned to the yard after coming a brilliant 2nd place in his hurdle race at Bangor Racecourse. He ran a blinder and jumped the last in front under a super ride by jockey James Best. He was only beaten two lengths.
It is really great to see the other horses coming over to see him. I'm so happy with Robbie, it has taken a while for the penny to drop but he is really getting his act together. Hopefully, if we continue to do the best by him, he will repay us and his owner.
It is really good to train these racehorses from the field and straight after racing for them to be able to return to the herd, be in the paddock, move and get their heads down. We are so lucky to be able to do this.
