Katie Earle

Katie Earle has worked in racing for over 10 years and is Simon's right hand as well as being the office lynchpin! She loves nothing more than helping out on the yard and being around the horses as well as welcoming and showing owner's to the yard.

Prior to joining Simon Earle Racing, Katie worked for many years as a senior executive assistant to partners at Goldman Sachs. She has also worked as a recruitment consultant, and as an event manager and fundraiser for a breast cancer charity.
